We strongly believe that Self-defence begins with mindset which goes beyond physical techniques. Ul mately, the program aims to reduce the prevalence of violence against women and foster a culture of respect, equality, and empowerment.

Our Grand Masters are passionate about helping women stand up to life’s challenges and have a positive impact on countless individuals and the community through their teachings. They are relentless in their pursuit of excellence and is a true leader in the field of martial arts and self-defense, inspiring others to take action and continuously pushing the limits.
